About Right Coast Medical
Built from Purpose.
Built to Serve.
In 2010, Right Coast Medical was founded with a single, urgent question:
What if pain relief didn’t have to come with a risk of addiction?
At the time, opioid prescriptions were still the default in post-operative and chronic pain care. Our founder, Brent Long, saw the long-term consequences this was having on families, communities, and the healthcare system. He believed there had to be a better way—one rooted in compassion, innovation, and real recovery.
What started as a regional operation quickly became a mission.
In 2014, Zach Holmes joined the company as a young, mission-driven college graduate. With grit, mentorship, and a fierce belief in serving others, Zach helped grow Right Coast Medical into a national provider—and later stepped into the role of CEO to lead the company forward.
